Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order you can return it for a refund or exchange (stock permitting) within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and and undamaged to qualify for a return. Please use the contact form on the contact page to arrange a return with me. 

The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and it is recommend using a tracked service, as I am unable to offer a refund on untracked items that are lost in transit. The original postage cost will not be refunded.
